This is where it all begins; the first stage of your construction project. Solimine Contracting, LLC staffs an in-house design team that walks you through any project you’re looking for, whether it is a basement remodel, kitchen or bath renovation, addition or new construction.

Our design team works closely with our project managers, and together come up with rough drawings to initially make sure we share your vision. We provide a realistic budget based on your scope of work. If the budget is not realistic, we offer suggestions on how to attain your goals to fit your budget. Solimine Contracting, LLC can open the doors to a world of design possibilities.

Once you approve final drawings and schematics for your home improvement, we set a time line for completion. We offer hand drawings and scaled CAD blueprints that are industry standard. We also offer three dimensional drawings so you can visually understand the final outcome of your renovation.

Beginning Construction, our designers will guide you through any purchases necessary for your project. We will schedule appointments with distributors to choose tile, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, cabinets and hardware. We offer suggestions to keep you on track with your home renovation style and help you choose
windows, doors, cabinets, crown and baseboard trim, and even paint! Our goal is to take your ideas and exceed
your expectations, with your involvement, every step of the way.
