 Architectural Design and Drawing
This is the first stage of completing your project. Our project managers will make an appointment at your convenience to sit down with you, and get your visions for your project, and provide you with a realistic budget based on the scope of work. If the budget is not realistic to the client we will be able to offer suggestions on how to attain their goals at their budget. Solimine Contracting, LLC can open the doors to a world of possibilities in designing your project. We work with you on the design of your project, making sure that all of your needs are fulfilled in the planning stages.
We then bring all of your information back to our drawing team who takes all of your information and creates your schematics and blueprints for your project. We offer hand drawings, and scaled CAD blueprints that are industry standard. We also can offer three dimensional drawings of your projects through out various stages of its completion so that we can give you the ability to see your project at the various stages or at its completion before a single nail is driven.
After you approve the final drawings and schematics for your project we work around your schedule and plan the time frame to work on your project.
While your project is in the beginning of the Construction phase our project managers help assist with your purchasing and decorating needs. We bring you to our distributors to help you pick out tile, carpeting, plumbing and electrical fixtures, hardware for custom cabinetry and kitchen and bathroom remodels. We also show you samples to help you pick out your windows or doors, premade cabinets, crown and baseboard trim or something as simple as advising you on paint colors.
Our expertise and knowledge of Fairfield County is so extensive we have even helped our customers locate the best location for their new home through our relationships with various realtors. We are also affiliated with multiple mortgage companies and can help you obtain the financing that may be required to fund your project.
