This Danbury Ranch added an In-Law Suite to their home. While undergoing construction, the family decided to water proof their basement and finished it to become an office, workout room and family room. They reconfigured the laundry room to now go upstairs. By removing walls, the first floor became an open concept floor plan, including a brand new custom kitchen. Outside, a deck was added to the back of the house, and stone walkway to welcome guests to the new front entry. The entire project was design by Solimine Contracting, LLC. Click here to view images

This traditional 1960's raised ranch underwent a total transformation. What started out to be an addition for a master bedroom; turned into a complete renovation. Adding on a 3 car garage allowed us to build a master bedroom suite with his and hers closets and wrap around porch above. With the project in mind, Solimine Contracting figured in a new septic system, designed new landscaping, and stone patios, replaced all of the windows and siding on the house as well as the back deck. Roof lines were changed and the entire roof was replaced as well as reinsulating the house ensuring up to date codes. This lakefront summer home was completely demolished with the exception of one exterior wall. Solimine Contracting designed the summer house according to the home owner's vision. Architectural drawings were extensive, needing to cover wet land concerns and ensuring the back of the house, encompassing all windows, was structurally sound for a prisitne panaramic view of the lake. The project endured many obstacles including tree removal, leveling the property and septic up-grades. Solimine Contracting, designed, framed and sided this beautiful lake front home.
