Our Remodeling Process | Step-by-Step

Whether you are remodeling a bathroom or building an addition, the process stays detailed and consistent.  While there may be a few more details with an addition, we will hold your hand every step of the way regardless of the project.

1. Initial Consultation

   • Discuss goals, style, budget, and must-haves.

   • Walk through the existing space, take measurements and review ideas.

2. Proposal & Contract

   • Detailed scope of work proposed for approval

   • Provide 3D Renderings for vision if needed

   • Contract Signing.

   • Timeline, payment schedule, and expectations agreed upon.

3. Design & Planning

   • Shopping Day is scheduled!

   • Architectural Drawings if required begin developing

   • Finishes, and material selections, including cabinetry, stone, tile, plumbing and electrical fixtures – creating our own mood board throughout the shopping experience.

   • Refined material allowances based on selections and approvals.

4. Permits & Ordering

   • Submit applications if needed (structural, plumbing, electrical).

   • Order all approved items like cabinets, windows, or fixtures, etc.

5. Demolition & Prep

   • Remove old finishes, appliances, and non-structural elements.

   • Protect the rest of the home with dust barriers.

6. Structural / Rough Work

   • Framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC.

   • Inspections as required.

   • Insulation and Sheetrock and flooring/ wet space preparation

7. Installation & Finishes

   • Cabinets, counters, flooring, tile, lighting, and trim.

   • Paint and final styling.

8. Final Walkthrough and Project Completion

   • Punch list review.

   • Final Inspections if needed

   • Ensure quality and satisfaction before handoff.

   • Space is cleaned and ready to enjoy.

   • Pertinent warranties provided.
