Rick started the company 32 years ago as a window cleaning / handyman company. He quickly grew the business into a full-service Home Remodeling Company.  At 22 years old, Rick grew as the business grew and now has a passion for helping others make their space everything they’ve envisioned. His goal is to make sure every job runs smoothly and at the end of every project ensure that clients are not only happy with their finished product, but also their experience with our company. A few fun facts about Rick; his sense of humor shows throughout most conversations you have with him. He loves sports including baseball, basketball, tennis, and yes – pickleball. He has a generous spirit and will help out in any situation presented to him. But his true passion is his family and sorry but will drop anything to be there for them. 

Jonna has a background in fashion and interior design and is the first person you will meet once contracting with our company.  Jonna is not only Rick’s wife, but also John’s sister!  John and Jonna work closely together throughout projects to make sure Jonna’s design coordinates with John’s construction plans.  Jonna loves helping clients create their dream spaces and sometimes forgets the space is not her own.  Her passion helps clients create spaces beyond their vision and she stays hands on with the crew throughout every project to ensure the space is created the way it’s envisioned.  Jonna’s design ideas definitely keeps John and the crew on their toes, as she likes every space to be unique to every client.  Besides design, Jonna loves traveling, serving at their church and cooking for her family and friends. 

John is the first person you will meet when discussing your project.  He provides options to clients when initially discussing their project to help stay within budget while incorporating their design thoughts.  He is your constant connection when the job begins between clients and our crew; organizing schedules, material deliveries, and yes, situations when they arise so your job runs as smoothly as possible.  His experience as a project manager helps ensure that every project is executed efficiently while making sure we give the client exactly what they are looking for.  John wasn’t always a project manager though.  Did you know that he was once a tennis pro?  So if you need any tennis tips, he’s your guy as well!  John loves his family immensely and chances are if he’s not at work he’s at the gym, playing golf with his nephews, catering to his teenage daughter or just spending time with family. 

Trevor is a lead man on jobs and meticulously transforms rooms into exactly what was envisioned.  He’s a man a few words when he’s working, because he is laser focused on the project he’s on and fulfilling the design creation.  When every job is finished with Trevor, you can rest assured it will be completely transformed, and if we do say so ourselves, beautiful!  A fun fact about Trevor is that he was Ryan’s AAU baseball coach when he was younger and that’s how we met him!  So while he is not technically part of the family, we love him as if he was!  Oh, and if you have a dog in your home, they will most likely get a lot of love from him!

Ryan executes all the computer designing for our company.  Ryan is also lead certified, as well as in water restoration and mold remediation. If you want your windows or gutters cleaned or any power washing done, he’s your man!  And if he’s not busy with all of that, then he’s helping with project management as well.  Ryan started working for his parents right after college with hopes to carry on as a 2nd generation member of the company one day.  Ryan’s college baseball career has contributed to helping him run the family business.  And while we all wish he was still playing baseball (can we brag about what an awesome pitcher he was?), what he learned through competitive college sports, carries on with how he conducts business.  And when he’s not working, he’s coaching baseball because baseball is still in his blood!  Ryan also has a generous heart and if he’s not exhausted from all of that, you can find him either on the golf course or spending time with his girlfriend and their dog.
