We completed a total home renovation and addition for this Fairfield, CT family, and it changed the house inside and out.
The addition included building onto both sides of the home, changing the roof lines, adding a primary suite, installing new black windows throughout, a new kitchen, and much more. Adding to two sides of a house at once is a bigger structural undertaking than most homeowners expect, and getting the roof lines right is what makes the finished house look original rather than expanded.
Projects at this scale are where the design-build model matters most — architectural drawings, permitting, and construction all coordinated by one team.
