Author’s Dream Built-In Bookcase | Bethel, CT

We turned a living-room nook into a writer’s library and home office. Custom built-in bookshelves were built in the perimeter of the room to house their collection.  We then painted them a rich sage-green from Sherwin Williams, and included soft uplighting to make the space warm and inviting.  Once that was done we changed out the railing at the stairs to give the space a more modern feel.
