Before move-in, we reimagined the first floor for everyday flow: opened walls for an open-concept kitchen and dining area, added a new pantry/laundry and powder room, and created a main-level primary suite. The kitchen features Fabuwood Fusion Dove perimeter cabinets with a Fusion Timber island and White Pegasus Quartzite from JF Granite. In the new bath, porcelain tile from The Tile Shop gives a marble look around a double vanity, freestanding tub, and shower with bench; plumbing fixtures by Waterworks tie it all together.
