This was our second project for these Redding homeowners, and it came with a deadline that mattered.
They reached back out within a year of finishing their primary bathroom. They were expecting their first child, and they wanted the guest and hall bathroom done before the baby arrived and their parents came to stay and help. That gave the project a real finish date, and it shaped the scope. Everything had to be functional and complete, not almost done.
By this point we knew how they worked and what they liked, which made the whole thing faster. There is a difference between a first project and a fourth one. Less explaining, more deciding.
They have done several smaller projects with us since, and when her mother bought a condo in town, we handled those renovations too.
