We touched virtually every square inch of this ranch home, building on an exterior siding project we completed with these homeowners the year before. When they decided their dated interior was ready for an overhaul, the goal wasn’t excess—it was to make smart, budget-conscious updates that would have the biggest impact.
As part of this whole-home refresh, we fully renovated three bathrooms, updated the kitchen by painting the existing cabinets and installing new countertops and backsplash, and completely gutted the basement, adding custom built-ins and a bar. We resurfaced two fireplaces, installed luxury vinyl flooring on the lower level, refinished the original hardwood floors upstairs, and painted the entire interior of the home. By reworking what made sense and replacing only what was necessary, the result is a cohesive, updated home that feels new—without the cost of a full rebuild.
